常承林，男，1990年8月生，浙江大学化学工程与生物工程学院，学科博士后。2012年6月毕业于合肥工业大学生物与食品工程学院获生物工程专业学士学位，2019年6月毕业于中国石油大学（北京）获化学工程与技术专业工学博士学位，随后在浙江大学从事博士后研究工作。主要研究方向包括过程系统工程、炼厂用能系统设计、化工数学建模及全局优化算法开发。主持国家博士后基金特别资助1项，面上资助1项，参与自然科学基金委项目1项。近年来在AIChE、Energy、CCE、ATE及CET等国际著名刊物上以第一作者身份发表文章10余篇。
