RESEARCH PROGRAMS
Gas-liquid method process packaged technology for PE production, the most key program of Sinopec
    *Proposed a new method for realizing multi-temperature zone fluidized bed reactor (MTZFBR) by liquid injection.
    *Regulated and controlled the temperature distribution of MTZFBR by changing key operation parameters.
    *Established an improved two-phase FBR model & applied in industrial MTZFBR to obtain bed temperature profile.
    *Realized MTZFBR with preliminary industrial experiment and optimized structure and properties of PE products.
Monitoring, diagnosis, intelligent control of operating states in complex systems, National 973 Program
    *Developed acoustic emission (AE) technique to detect particle motion and fluidization quality of wet FBRs.
    *Studied hydrodynamics of MTZFBR by using multiple measurement methods and several analysis techniques.
    *Applied AE technique to monitor agglomerates and fluidization quality in industrial processes for steady production.
Process intensification & control of micro-environment in fluidized bed polymerization reactor, NSFC
    *Used acoustic and pressure fluctuation signals to study micro-level dynamic parameters of particle and gas bubbles.
    *Proposed a method to recognize particle circulation mode based on temperature& electrostatic potential distributions.
NMR characterization of particle motion in a micro-fluidized bed reactor, CSC-DAAD, Germany
    *Studied microscopic particle motion structure in small-sized FBR and obtained visual images by NMR technique.
    *Explored NMR technique and its application in gas-liquid-solid three phases FBRs.
