黄正梁,博士,高级实验师,博导(工程专业类学位)。

  烯烃聚合反应器设计及放大

  高性能聚烯烃生产工艺开发

  多相流反应过程强化及检测

2.个人简介

  先后于2000、2004、2012年在浙江大学化工系获得学士、硕士、博士学位。2012年博士毕业后留校从事教学、科研和实验工作。作为主要完成人获得国家技术发明二等奖1项,教育部技术发明一等奖等省部级科技奖励5项。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年基金项目、国家重点研发计划子课题和横向项目20余项,发表论文50余篇,获得授权发明专利30余件。

  主要研究工作及成果包括:

  1. 国产化成套聚乙烯工艺技术开发及工业示范应用

  a) 30万吨/年气相法聚乙烯工艺成套技术

  b) 30万吨/年气液法聚乙烯工艺成套技术

  c) 15万吨/年原位集成聚乙烯成套工艺技术。

  2. 流化床反应器声电检测技术开发及工业应用

  已应用于18套大型聚乙烯装置。

  3. 余压膨胀深冷法绿色高效回收聚烯烃排放气新技术开发及工业应用

  已应用于30余套大型聚乙烯装置,取得显著的经济效益和社会效益。

  4. 新型反应器和内构件开发及其在气液/气液固多相反应过程中的应用

  a) 30万吨/年羰基合成醋酸反应器

  b) 40万吨/年无循环上流式航煤加氢反应器内构件
