       王靖岱,1974年8月生,教授,博士生导师,化学工程联合国家重点实验室固定研究人员,教育部"长江学者"特聘教授、国家杰出青年基金获得者、国家万人计划科技创新领军人才。担任《化工学报》和《浙江大学学报(工学版)》编委。

  1996年毕业于浙江大学,1999和2002年先后获浙江大学硕士和博士学位,期间荣获“竺可桢奖学金”、“全国三好学生标兵”等荣誉称号。专长化学反应工程,聚焦“高端聚烯烃材料精准制备”和“化学反应器智能制造”两个方向,从事烯烃聚合反应工程、多相流检测与信息处理、反应器工程等研究,先后负责承担国家自然科学基金重点项目、国家重点研发计划、中国石化“十条龙”等科研项目。近五年,在AIChE J、CES、Polymer等重要学术刊物上发表论文40余篇,授权国内外发明专利授权50余件,荣获包括国家技术发明二等奖在内的省部级以上科学技术奖5项。2010年入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”,获浙江省第八届“青年五四奖章”并当选第十一届中华全国青年联合会委员,2013年获浙江省第十二届青年科技奖。

教学工作
[1] 讲授本科生课程《化学反应工程》(2011年至今)、《反应器设计原理与应用》(2004年);

科研工作经历
  硕士研究生期间从事聚烯烃牌号优化调度与规划问题的研究,奠定了扎实的数学基础,硕士论文“连续聚合过程中产品过渡的最优化策略研究”获中国科学技术发展基金会侯祥麟基金奖。博士研究生期间从事超临界流体在烯烃聚合方面应用的研究——“超临界溶液共沉析法制备负载型茂金属催化剂的研究”,奠定了坚实的化工热力学基础和烯烃聚合基础,期间,获“全国三好学生标兵”。
  2002年留校后,以声发射、静电、激光拉曼和固体核磁共振等现代在线测试手段为研究特色,从事烯烃聚合反应工程的信息强化和过程强化的理论与应用研究。率先提出了过程信息的多尺度结构解析理论,发明了受控条件下的气相法聚乙烯冷凝态操作技术和淤浆法HDPE浆液外循环技术,成果应用在扬子石化14万吨/年淤浆法HDPE装置上,增产30%。成果同时在中国石化下属的15套大型聚乙烯、聚丙烯等工业生产装置上整体推广应用,经济效益显著。目前技术正拓展应用在煤气化工艺、催化剂再生过程等。授权发明专利15项,学术成果在AIChE Journal和Ind. Eng. Chem. Res上发表。2015年,荣获中国计量测试学会科技进步一等奖和教育部技术发明一等奖。
  承担国家重点科技支撑计划项目“百万吨乙烯装备及相关技术开发”中的“30万吨/年气相法聚乙烯成套技术开发及工业应用”子项目。从事全流程监控软件包、声波监测系统、静电检测仪等专有技术的研发,成果应用于首套国产化工业装置,并获得2011年中国石油化工集团公司科技进步一等奖。授权发明专利12项,相关学术成果发表在Chem. Eng. Sci.和Ind. Eng. Chem. Res.上。
     目前,以占总产能40%的聚乙烯主流生产工艺——流化床聚乙烯反应器为对象,打破流化床乙烯聚合反应器固有的浓度、温度均一性,通过营造不同的化学反应环境,建立多温区流化床聚合反应器新工艺,生产高性能的聚乙烯树脂,改变原有流化床反应器只能生产通用料的限制。相关理论发表在AIChE Journal和Ind. Eng. Chem. Res.上。项目入选中国石化十条龙科技攻关项目,至今已经成功生产拉伸缠绕膜、拉伸套筒膜等高性能聚乙烯牌号12余万吨。授权中国、美国等国发明专利16项,获得包括重点项目在内的国家自然科学基金项目5次,国家科技部项目资助2次。入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”、国家杰出青年基金获得者、国家万人计划科技创新领军人才和教育部“长江学者”特聘教授。

3.境外学习/工作经历
  受DAAD 和CSC的PPP项目的资助,于2005.7~2005.9,2006-2008在德国亚琛工大高分子专业的B. Blumich 教授合作研究,进行了核磁共振技术在气固流化床中测定多相体系的研究。
  受国家留学基金委的资助,于2009.2~2009.8在美国阿克隆大学和化工系的J Zheng教授合作研究,进行分子模拟在高聚物和MTP反应中的应用研究。
